DELIVERY & SHIPMENT

All our records are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes so they can withstand the abuse of shipment. All items from the order will be delivered to the address provided by the purchaser. Crevette Records can not be held responsible for shipping to a wrongly/poorly provided address. Crevette Records BVBA is not responsible for any damage made by the delivery company (in this case you will have to voice a claim with them). Items for shipment to countries outside of Belgium may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all these fees and none of these fees can be passed onto Crevette Records BVBA. 

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

All orders containing a pre-order item will be shipped when all items in the order are available. Any items already available at the time of your order will be reserved until all items are available. If you wish to receive the available items sooner, please order them separately. In case you change your mind and want to get a pre-order item refunded, the refund will be excluding the Paypal fee.
