Waves
UdH returns with four throbbing house and techno tracks on ‘WAVES EP [LANK005]’. Every tune reflects the brutality and beauty of the sea and its environment. Each track is recorded during a five day retreat in Cadzand-Bad, December 2022.
Main track ‘The Wave’ is built around a vocal sample sung by UdH himself and brings us back to the heyday of Chicago house and Belgian EBM. Simpler times when hit songs were made on a 100$ synth, a crappy 4track and a cheap drum machine. The track is accompanied by a simple but effective music video.
The main ingredients for rest of the EP are hard 909s, catchy vocal chops, acid lines and gnarly bass.
The 12” comes with a download code and a personalised, unique UitDeHoogte waveform!
